School Lunches brought to you by Chartwells

At Oakleigh House we believe that providing our pupils with healthy choices at meal times is very important.  Pupils eat together in the colourful dining hall.  Hot lunches for all are freshly prepared daily in the school's own kitchens.

The catering services are provided by specialist education caterer Chartwells and in a recent inspection were awarded a 5 which is the highest rating in the National Food Hygiene Rating Scheme.  Debbie Kerswell who is the Catering Manager for Oakleigh House School said "This is a real tribute to the hard work of the school and our catering team to ensure we work together to provide a safe and happy environment for the children in our care."

Chartwells take responsibility of catering for today's children and young adults seriously.
It's not just the food on the plate that is important but a real understanding of health and nutrition too. Chartwells simple set of commitments - Eat, Learn, Live - helps them to educate young people about how to have a happy, safe and healthy lifestyle while contributing to a sustainable world.
